Cancellations requested within this window will be fully honored, and a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

2. After Shipment

If your order has already been dispatched and you have received a shipping confirmation, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. However, you are still entitled to initiate a return under our Refund and Returns Policy.

We recommend checking your email promptly after placing your order to ensure timely cancellation if needed.


How to Cancel an Order

Refund Processing

If your order cancellation is successful:

  • The full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days, but may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed on our end.


Exceptions to Cancellation Eligibility

Some products and circumstances may not be eligible for cancellation:

  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., engraved or made-to-order items)

  • Orders placed during major sales, limited-time promotions, or clearance events

  • Orders already marked as fulfilled or shipped


Can I Modify Instead of Cancel?

Orders Cancelled by Moon Power

In rare circumstances, Moon Power reserves the right to cancel an order. These may include:

  • Payment verification failure

  • Inventory or stock issues

  • Shipping to restricted or unsupported regions

In such cases, you will be notified via email and receive a full refund.
